What can I do?
• Eat several small meals during the day, instead of three big meals.
• Avoid fizzy drinks or drinking with meals
• Avoid chewing gums and sucking hard candies
• Take your time when eating!
• Sit up straight and don’t speak while you are eating!
• Do gentle exercises! Every movement aids your digestion
• Sleep propped in semi-sitting position
